Instructions:

UTeeth is a light-curing, ultra-fine particle hybrid-based universal composite. It is ideal for making highly aesthetic anterior and posterior restorations easily, quickly and reliably. It offers a wide range of shades. In addition to the standard shades, which are adjusted to match the VITA® shade guide, you also have at your disposal custom shades and very light shades (Super Bleach) for treating bleached teeth. UTeeth, with the excellent polishing and layering properties, also does not have any harmful and toxical effects to skin and oral soft tissue.

Main Ingredients: Bisphenol A - glycidyl Methacrylate,triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, glass powder(diameter≤1μm,quality content80%),photosensitizer, stabilizer etc.

Physical Property:

Standard shades match the VITA® shade guide. UTeeth universal composite will cure only by exposure to the light with the output wavelength of 450-500nm for at least 20 seconds, and the curing depth will be no less than 2.0mm.

Use direction

1.    Prepare the cavity according to generally accepted rules for the clinical composite application. Then clean and dry the cavity.

2.    Select an appropriate shade or shade combination from the VITA Shade guide.

3.    Make polymerization of the composites using LED light-curing unit.

4.    Polishing. Composite polishing pastes can be applied with polishing brushes and small buffing wheels if desired.

Further recommendations and precautions:

1.  Apply UTeeth in thin layers (max. 2mm, baseliner max. 1mm) to the cavity. Polymerize each layer using a suitable light-curing unit for 40-60 sec, and for no less than 60 sec of untranslucent materials. Light intensity is an important influence to restoration quality, and it should be more than 400 mw/cm². Regular inspection of curing unit is necessary. A light unit with comparable intensity (min.400mW/cm²) should be used; otherwise it is hard to achieve optimal curing and restoration quality.

2.  UTeeth universal restorative will cure only by exposure to light. Cure each increment by exposing its entire surface to a high intensity visible light source. Hold the light guide tip as close to the restorative as possible during light exposure.

3.  After final buid-up and polymerization is completed, UTeeth may immediately be finished and polished. For gross finishing, use diamond burs. Fine finishing and shaping is best accomplished with fine-grained diamond stones and multifluted carbide burs. A high final polish can be achieved with flexible, silicone rubber polishing points, cups, discs, or similar.

4.  Do not use UTeeth in patients who are allergic against the ingredients of UTeeth.

5.  Do not use eugenol containing materials in or around the cavity preparation being restored, for these may interfere with the proper curing of UTeeth.

6.  Avoid collutory containing cation or chlorhexidine, for which may cause to discolor.

7.  Avoid contact with the skin or eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.

8.  Do not use the material after the expiration date. Do not expose it to high temperature or intense light.

Storage: Store under 15-20 . Keep out of direct sunlight.
